Give Your Child the Life Steps Advantage
We Play We Learn is a non-profit preschool of the Life Steps Foundation (LSF) Children and Family Services Affiliate organization. It offers a very low teacher to student ratio, small class size and individualized learning! Our teachers are highly qualified in early childhood education as well as special education, and provide a nurturing class environment for children of all abilities. The teaching team works together to identify each child’s potential and tailor the program for each child’s abilities. Our half day program is perfect for families looking for social interaction for their child who does not need full-day childcare.
Our Philosophy – The Best Learning Happens through Play!
Structured play-based learning integrates the proven advantages of inclusion-based play into all educational activities for children. Our classroom expectations reflect our philosophy and children are taught to be safe, caring and respectful of others. We also provide a variety of learning tools in the classroom – such as visuals, props, and other modifications – to accommodate for different learning styles.
The result is a socially vibrant, fun and engaging learning environment that fosters intellectual curiosity and advances social skills for each pre-school age child in our program.

PARENT TESTIMONIALS
Read why parents are preferring the We Play We Learn preschool program for their children.
"The small ratio between students and teachers. The teachers genuinely care for their students. My daughter is learning, engaging with peers, and happy at school."
"We really love the small class size, the individualized & personal attention that our son receives and the education level and knowledge of every child development teacher is outstanding. We were familiar with Life Steps with our older son and when we learned that they were opening We Play We Learn we never had any doubts that we would send our younger son there. We commute from San Francisco and it is well worth it. Our son loves going to school and all of his friends & teachers there."
"My daughter has grown leaps & bounds since starting at "We Play We Learn!" I am extremely grateful that there is a program like this out there for special children like mine!"
